Add eggs, vanilla, ginger, and salt and beat &lt;br&gt;well. Gradually mix in flour until smooth. Mix 3/4 cup diced dried &lt;br&gt;cranberries and white chocolate into the batter by hand. Pour batter &lt;br&gt;into a well-greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Use a spatula to spread the &lt;br&gt;batter evenly across the pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake &lt;br&gt;is light brown on the edges. Allow cake to cool. &lt;p&gt;Make frosting by combining softened cream cheese, 3 cups powdered &lt;br&gt;sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract in a medium bowl with an &lt;br&gt;electric mixer until smooth. When the cake has cooled, use a spatula &lt;br&gt;to spread frosting over the top of the cake. &lt;p&gt;Sprinkle 1/4 cup of diced cranberries over the frosting on the cake. &lt;br&gt;Whisk together 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, and &lt;br&gt;shortening. Drizzle icing over the cranberries in a sweeping motion &lt;br&gt;or use a pastry bag with a fine tip to drizzle frosting across the &lt;br&gt;top of the cake. &lt;p&gt;Allow cake to sit for several hours, then slice the cake lengthwise &lt;br&gt;(the long way) through the middle. Slice the cake across the width &lt;br&gt;three times making a total of eight rectangular slices. Burger King Hamburgers likely have salt added before they were &lt;br&gt;made into patties and sent on their way. Salt is one of those things &lt;br&gt;that they wouldn&amp;#39;t want to leave up to the kids working the grill, as &lt;br&gt;it would be too easy to over or under salt, and fast food places want &lt;br&gt;consistency in their products. &lt;p&gt;If you are making this from raw hamburger at home, you will likely want &lt;br&gt;to salt it. We use Redmond Mineral Salt only, no regular store bought &lt;br&gt;salt, and a good dash of dried or minced onion powder as well. Additional sugar &lt;br&gt;. Powdered sugar (optional) &lt;p&gt;1. Heat oven to 375 F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. &lt;p&gt;\2. Stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. &lt;p&gt;3. Coat a non-stick 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spary.  In small bowl, mix together the vanilla wafer crumbs and margarine and pat into the bottom and up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.  &lt;p&gt;In another mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch until creamy.  Add eggs and egg white, one at a time, beating until blended after each addition.  Add the mashed banana, sour cream, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla, mixing until combined.  Transfer the filling to crust lined pan.  Bake for 1 hour or until center of cake is just about set.  Remove from oven and transfer the pan to a wire rack to cool completely at room temperature.  Refrigerate until well chilled. Let mixture simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, &lt;br&gt;stirring often. &lt;p&gt;Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, fry &lt;br&gt;each tortilla for about 30-45 seconds per side and drain on paper &lt;br&gt;towels. Be sure to pop any bubbles that form when frying so that the &lt;br&gt;tortilla lays flat in the oil. Vegetable oil for frying pepper &lt;br&gt;        1.. Prepare the dipping sauce by combining all of &lt;br&gt;the ingredients in a small bowl. Keep the sauce covered in &lt;br&gt;your refrigerator until needed. &lt;br&gt;        2.. Beat the egg and combine it with the milk in a &lt;br&gt;medium bowl big enough to hold the onion. &lt;br&gt;        3.. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, &lt;br&gt;peppers, oregano, thyme, and cumin. &lt;br&gt;        4.. Now it&amp;#39;s time to slice the onion-this is the &lt;br&gt;trickiest step. First slice 3/4 inch to 1 inch off the top &lt;br&gt;and bottom of the onion. Remove the papery skin. Use a thin &lt;br&gt;knife to cut a 1-inch diameter core out of the middle of the &lt;br&gt;onion. Now use a very sharp, large knife to slice the onion &lt;br&gt;several times down the center to create the &amp;quot;petals&amp;quot; of the &lt;br&gt;completed onion. First slice through the center of the onion &lt;br&gt;to about three-fourths of the way down. Turn the onion 90 &lt;br&gt;degrees and slice it again in an &amp;quot;x&amp;quot; across the first slice. &lt;br&gt;Keep slicing the sections in half, very carefully, until &lt;br&gt;you&amp;#39;ve cut the onion 16 times. Do not cut down to the &lt;br&gt;bottom. The last 8 slices are a little hairy, just use a &lt;br&gt;steady hand and don&amp;#39;t worry if your onion doesn&amp;#39;t look like &lt;br&gt;a perfect flower. It&amp;#39;ll still taste good. &lt;br&gt;        5.. Spread the &amp;quot;petals&amp;quot; of the onion apart. The &lt;br&gt;onion sections tend to stick together, so you&amp;#39;ll want to &lt;br&gt;separate them to make coating easier. &lt;br&gt;        6.. Dip the onion in the milk mixture, and then coat &lt;br&gt;it liberally with the dry ingredients. Again separate the &lt;br&gt;&amp;quot;petals&amp;quot; and sprinkle the dry coating between them. Once &lt;br&gt;you&amp;#39;re sure the onion is well-coated, dip it back into the &lt;br&gt;wet mixture and into the dry coating again. This double &lt;br&gt;dipping makes sure you have a well- coated onion because &lt;br&gt;some of the coating tends to wash off when you fry. Let the &lt;br&gt;onion rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while &lt;br&gt;you get the oil ready. &lt;br&gt;        7.. Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep pot to 350 &lt;br&gt;degrees. Make sure you use enough oil to completely cover &lt;br&gt;the onion when it fries. &lt;br&gt;        8... Fry the onion right side up in the oil for 10 &lt;br&gt;minutes or until it turns brown. &lt;br&gt;        9.. When the onion has browned, remove it from the &lt;br&gt;oil and let it drain on a rack or paper towels. &lt;br&gt;        10..
